Dyke-Davidoff Masson Syndrome (DDMS) is a rare syndrome characterized by seizures, facial asymmetry and contralateral hemiplegia or hemiparesis. DDMS was first described in 1933 with the characteristic radiologic features stated as cerebral hemiatrophy with ipsilateral hypertrophy of the skull and sinuses1.
Diagnosis of DDMS is very rare in adulthood 2-4. Here, we describe two cases of DDMS who was diagnosed based on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of brain in adulthood.
